Role Description The Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder in an on-site clinic setting in Plymouth, MN. This full-time role includes providing one-to-one behavior therapy, collecting and recording data on client progress, and following clinical protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The Behavior Technician supports skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, self-help, and daily living, and assists in reducing challenging behaviors using evidence-based interventions. Day-to-day work involves engaging children in structured and naturalistic activities, collaborating with clinical team members, and maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and families.
