Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring a Behavior Technician in Paterson, NJ, to provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the team at our New Jersey center.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field, or are pursuing relevant education. This is a full-time position with daytime weekday hours and potential weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual behavioral intervention plans under supervision.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC New Jersey

About The Position

Location: Paterson, NJ (at Daycare)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
