Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We are expanding our provider network across New Jersey to reach more families in need.

Join us as a Behavior Technician and work under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement one-to-one behavior plans, collect session data, participate in ongoing ABA training, and communicate regularly with supervisors. Weekday and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
