Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. The Behavior Technician role at our New Jersey Therapy Center involves implementing one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with staff for ongoing ABA training.

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Ability to implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Data collection and progress monitoring
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC New Jersey
