Responsibilities include:
- Working with children aged 18 months to 6 years old, in their homes or at our centers.
- Maintaining a schedule between 7 am-8 pm CST, Monday through Friday, with possible weekends.
- Earning starting pay at $17/hr, depending on ABA experience/training.
- Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Having reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Being available to work a consistent weekly schedule, mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
Preferred qualifications include being bilingual (English/Spanish), studying or having studied psychology, education, or related fields, and experience working with children in childcare or educational settings.
Physical requirements vary; you may need to push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly as per client needs. Ability to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run is also necessary.
