Behavior Frontiers in Norwalk, CT is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will help individuals with autism communicate, play, and develop independence while minimizing challenging behaviors.
You will collect data and use our software to guide real-time decisions. Ideal candidates have some college credits, empathy, and strong communication skills, with the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Pay Rate:$20.00-$24.00 DOE

Ranked in the TOP TEN Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training programs in the U.S.
Learn various ABA methods like discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).
Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
Some college credits or current enrollment.
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
