Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians (BT). The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, teaching communication, play, and independence, and reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data in real time using our proprietary software and collaborate with BCBAs and families to track progress. Applicants should have an energetic attitude, some college credits or current enrollment, and experience with

How You'll Make an Impact

World-Class Training

• Ranked in the TOP TEN Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training programs in the U.S
• Learn various ABA methods like discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB)

Requirements
