Kairos ABA is hiring for in-home ABA Therapist roles across New York to provide one-on-one ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. You will work under a BCBA, implementing therapy plans, collecting data, and supporting families in their home setting.

We offer training and opportunities to become an RBT, with flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. Travel within a 30-minute radius is supported, making this a community-focused role in the NY area.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in ABA.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with diverse abilities.
• Interest in becoming an RBT through the 40-hour course and supervision.
• Ability to provide care in home environments.
• Available for after-hours shifts (3 pm–8 pm) and weekends.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Build a positive relationship with the learner under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management per the client’s plan.
• Complete data collection and share findings with the BCBA and team.
• Demonstrate flexibility with clients of varying needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families.
• Maintain professional relationships with parents/caregivers and team members.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain professionalism.
• Pursue RBT certification with us.

Core Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Austin Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Establishing a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA based on the client’s treatment and behavior plan.
• Complete data collection for each client as directed and communicate notable findings from sessions to the client’s behavior analysis. applications and forms.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members.
• Maintain professional relationships with the client’s parents/caregivers and all other team members.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and always demonstrate professionalism.
