No prior ABA experience is required – we provide free training and certification. Our technicians typically work 4–5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4–5hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.

  • Starting pay of $20/hour with opportunities for pay increase as early as 6 months (higher for candidates already RBT certified).
  • Pay increase after completing RBT certification.
  • Access to BACB supervision hours for advanced certifications.
  • Ongoing mentorship from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Benefits

  • Bonus structure and regular monetary incentives.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes.
