In Home Behavior Technician (Part‑Time) – Start a meaningful career supporting children with autism and earn a nationally recognized credential while you do it. At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Part‑Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one‑on‑one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children. No prior ABA experience is required – we provide free training and certification. Our technicians typically work 4–5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4–5hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.
