Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking an In Home Behavior Technician (Part-Time) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes in Murfreesboro, TN. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, teach communication and daily living skills, and collect data on progress.

Starting pay is $20/hour with opportunities to increase within 6 months. Training is provided, with BCBA mentorship and pathways for growth in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist in ABA therapy and work in homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in client’s home.
• Implement BCBA-developed behavior plans.
• Collect session data and write progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers.
