Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is part of LEARN Behavioral and seeks a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism. No prior experience required—paid training provided—and you’ll use ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence.

What You Have

Some College (at least 1 college course completed, dual enrollment with a college while in high school, or trade school program completed)

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
