Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

No prior experience required—paid training provided, with ongoing support from a collaborative team and real opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
