Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and building communication, confidence, and independence.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, with ongoing support from a collaborative team. You will track progress, follow personalized treatment plans, and have opportunities to grow professionally and personally within the organization.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
