Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 2–11. No experience required—paid training, strong support, and clear growth opportunities are offered as you build your BT career.

You’ll follow BCBA-developed plans, collect simple progress data, and collaborate with families and the care team in clinic, home, or community settings. Movement and interaction are central to daily activities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through data collection.
• Support children in clinic, homes, or community.
• Communicate with families and the team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs

This role is active and hands-on. Expect movement, play, and plenty of interaction!

What You Need

Physical Requirements
