Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-to-one behavioral interventions in the homes of children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and collecting session data to track progress.

This role offers a part-time schedule (3–4 days per week, mornings) with opportunities for professional training, ongoing staff development, and a path for career advancement within our growing provider network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Schedule

3 or 4 Days per Week from 7:15 Am to 8:15 Am
