Imagination ABA Therapy in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and families with evidence-based ABA therapy.
As a BCBA-owned provider, we emphasize ethical, individualized services, ongoing supervision, and professional growth within a collaborative team.
You will implement programs developed by BCBAs, track progress, and work 8:00–2:30 Monday–Friday part-time, fostering meaningful skills and independence across settings.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy. As a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. Our Behavior Technician will work closely with our team to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
Assist in the implementation of ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Work closely with children and families to develop meaningful skills, facilitate functional communication, and promote independence and real-world outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, schools, and other professionals, to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress monitoring
Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship programs to ensure ongoing skill development and professional growth
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work part-time schedule 8am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Emotional resilience and ability to work with children and families with varying needs
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
