Job summary

Proficio Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism across clinic, home, school, and community settings in Livermore, CA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs.
• Applies positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills.
• Accurately collects and maintains client data and documents services via session notes.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and agency team members.
• Participates in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and professional development.
• May perform administrative tasks in case of client cancellations.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician implements individualized treatment plans, collects accurate data, and supports skill development while reducing challenging behaviors. This role involves close collaboration with families and team members, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical and agency standards.
