Qualifications

• Travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation required.
• Pass health screenings including TB testing; vaccination if requested.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA or supervising behavior consultant.
• Apply positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills.
• Accurately collect and maintain client data and document services via session notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, BCBAs, and agency team members.
• Deliver therapy services aligned with competency-based evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing training related to behavior analysis, crisis intervention, and professional development.
• Perform administrative tasks when clients cancel (materials prep, clinic organization).

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician implements individualized treatment plans, collects accurate data, and supports skill development while reducing challenging behaviors. This role involves close collaboration with families and team members, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical and agency standards.
