Ivy Rehab in Lemont, IL is seeking a Part Time Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will assist with documentation, treatments, and interventions, help families learn new skills, and work closely with teammates to deliver effective therapy sessions. Schedule is 12:30-4:30pm, on-site at IvyABA in Lemont.

Position Summary:

Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience (Preferred).

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.

• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
