Job summary

Ivy ABA, a part of the Ivy Health Network, is hiring a Behavior Technician for a full-time role in Southfield, MI. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA and help children and their families learn skills through autism-focused therapy.

Requires 1 year of therapy experience or student enrollment in a therapy program; RBT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field, or a student in a therapy curriculum.
• RBT experience or training preferred.
• Certification as an RBT or pursuing certification.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability with changing workloads.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.

As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program.


• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
