Job summary

Total Spectrum, part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking ABA therapists to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy for children. You will monitor progress, implement personalized plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids gain independence.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. This full-time role offers benefits including PTO, holidays, medical-dental-vision coverage, a 401(k), mental health support, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
