Job summary

Total Spectrum, part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a caring ABA therapist to provide one-on-one therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence. You will track progress and follow personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a supportive team that shares our values.

No prior experience is required—the role includes paid training in ABA therapy, with ongoing support and real opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old on first day.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
