Job summary

Total Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll receive paid training and work with a collaborative team focused on building communication, confidence, and independence.

Position offers paid training in ABA therapy, promotion opportunities in as little as 3 months, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k), and mental health support. Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications
