Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes and in the community. Therapists work with a BCBA/clinical supervisor to help children with developmental disorders learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Position requires bilingual Spanish and availability in afternoons or evenings, Monday through Friday. Positions are based in various LA-area locations, with office support and ongoing trainings provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingualism essential for service delivery.
• Experience with developmental disabilities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists -Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

• Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $22 - $26
• Job/Case Location: South LA, East LA, Watts, Inglewood, Florence-Graham, Huntington Park, Vernon, Jefferson Park, Compton, Lynwood, Inglewood, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Covina, Whittier, San Gabriel Valley, South Gate, Montebello, Commerce, Van Nuys, Panorama City, North Hollywood, and surrounding cities
• Available schedule: Afternoons, M-F: between 2pm - 8pm or at least 3 days of the week (Weekends are optional)
• Office locations: Fontana, CA/ Indio, CA/ Glendale, CA

REQUIREMENTS

• Negative TB test
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Clear criminal background
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
