Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists to provide 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes and in the community. You will work with a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor to help children learn new skills and change behaviors.

Position offers afternoon hours Monday through Friday (2pm–8pm) with weekends optional and opportunities for growth. Training and support are provided as part of a collaborative clinical team in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test
• Clear criminal background
• Available Monday–Friday, afternoons/evenings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smartphone, tablet)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs
• Collect data and write session notes

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

• Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $22 - $26
• Job/Case Location: Huntington Park, Vernon, Florence-Graham, South Gate, Bell, Cudahy, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Watts, South LA, Downtown LA, and surrounding cities
• Available schedule: Afternoons, M-F: between 2pm - 8pm or at least 3 days of the week (Weekends are optional)
• Office locations: Fontana, CA/ Indio, CA/ Glendale, CA
