As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role involves supporting clinicians and helping children and their families learn new skills through effective therapy for autism. Position Qualifications:

• Suggested 1 year of experience in a therapy setting or related field, or enrollment in a therapy curriculum program.
• ABA Technician experience or training preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain through training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility with workload changes.
• Exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
