Job summary

Avid ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work in Autism Services in Chesterfield. You will engage with clients aged 2–18 with ASD, build supportive relationships, and help track progress data. No experience is required, and paid training is provided.

You will join a team focused on growth, work-life balance with no weekend shifts, and access to professional development and benefits as you build a rewarding career in our expanding program.

Reporting To: Center Lead

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Build relationships - Make a difference in our client's life while working in a collaborative environment
Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
