Job summary

Avid ABA in Flint is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-18, helping them progress through targeted interventions under supervision.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This role offers paid training, flexible scheduling with no weekends, PTO, and opportunities for growth within a team-driven environment and clinical leadership.

Reporting To: Center Lead

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
