Job summary

Avid ABA - Flint is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) for a part-time role. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, building relationships and helping them progress through data-driven sessions.

No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. This position offers flexible availability, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment focused on client outcomes.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
