Job summary

Avid ABA in Roseville is seeking a Behavior Technician to support our Autism Services. This part-time role involves working one-on-one with clients aged 2-18, collecting data, and contributing to individualized progress goals.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. We offer growth opportunities, flexible hours with no weekends, PTO, benefits, and a supportive team focused on client progress.

Reporting To: Center Lead

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
