What You’ll Be Doing At Autism Care Partners

BTs work one-on-one with children, implementing BCBA-designed plans to help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Use ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors and address behavior reduction goals.
• Implement skill development programs and perform physical guidance as needed for safety.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Track and submit RBT hours monthly.
• Attend required trainings and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; training provided.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) as needed.
• Quick physical movements may be required for challenging behaviors.

Additional Requirements

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology and basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
