The Behavioral Technician plays a critical role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients develop essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce maladaptive behaviors. The Behavioral Technician works directly with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics, ensuring consistent and effective intervention.
