Job summary

Therapeutic Alliance LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an ABA Technician to support children under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized ABA therapy and helping implement ISPs.

You will build positive relationships with families, work up to 29 hours per week with morning or evening shifts, and pursue certification growth through our program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Position: ABA Technician

As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
• Conduct ABA therapy sessions
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
• Provide support and resources to clients and their families

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Effective communication skills
• Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
