At Success On The Spectrum, we're not just an Autism Treatment franchise—we're a community dedicated to transforming lives through quality care and innovative approaches. Our services include ABA, Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and engaging Social Skills Activities, all offered in our vibrant nautical-themed centers, in-home settings, and schools. Our unique, play-based model incorporates Natural Environment Teaching (NET), featuring monthly field trips that make learning fun! Plus, we actively involve parents in their child’s journey by offering live viewing opportunities from our observation room.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians who are eager to make a difference while enjoying their work. If you have a love for helping children learn through play and want to be part of an organization that inspires joy every day, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

  • Stable Employment: Most of our RBTs enjoy full-time positions with guaranteed pay—client cancellations won’t affect your salary.
  • Comprehensive Training: Receive hands-on training with ongoing professional development through weekly team meetings and quarterly in-service training days. We’ll even cover the cost of your CPR certification!
  • Career Advancement: Regular performance reviews every six months open pathways to promotions, including RBT Levels 1-3 and Trainer roles. Trainers have priority for managerial positions at our expanding locations.
  • Educational Support: We’re committed to your growth! Our partnerships with universities offer discounted tuition and free supervision for those aspiring to become a BCBA.
  • Flexibility to Grow: As a national franchise, we provide opportunities for transfers to different locations if you need to relocate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Potentially, work in our center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM, with mandatory home sessions two evenings per week (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM).
  • Create and prepare client materials.
  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Incorporate sensory activities, arts, crafts, and games into sessions.
  • Record client data and write detailed SOAP notes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly training sessions.
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Experience working with infants and/or children.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and remain physically active during sessions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $16-$24/hour (based on experience).
  • 10 days of paid vacation after the probationary period.
  • 10 paid holidays after the probationary period.
  • Unlimited unpaid time off.
  • Company-paid BACB Certification course (RBT certification).
  • Company-paid BLS/CPR certification.
  • Performance reviews every six months with opportunities for advancement.
