- Availability: After-school (3-7 PM) and Saturday; higher wages for sessions between 6 PM - 8 PM and on Saturdays.
- Training: Paid training provided to all staff.

Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including home, school, or community, as directed by BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
- Implement treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under supervision.
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training.
- Support clients and families, building rapport and fostering positive experiences.
- Follow policies and ethical guidelines, maintaining professional standards.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification through BACB or willingness to complete within 90 days if required by law.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degrees are a plus.
- Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans accurately.
- Physical ability to work with children, including movement during sessions.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation if travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children in ABA or special education.
- Bilingual abilities (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, especially in data collection.
- Interest in long-term career growth in behavioral health.
