Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (ABA) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. The role operates in home and/or center-based settings, following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.

You will collect progress data, implement targeted interventions, and collaborate with clinicians to adjust programs. Families are engaged to reinforce learning goals and strategies.

Formación

• RBT certification or equivalent credential is required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
• Capable of following clinical guidance and maintaining consistency.
• Comfort working with children and supporting behavior change in real settings.
• Attention to detail and data integrity in documentation.
