Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA interventions in the homes of children with autism in Butner, NC. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and participate in ongoing training to improve therapy techniques.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am–2:00pm or 3:00pm–7:00pm, with weekday and weekend availability. You will collect data and communicate regularly with supervisory staff, contributing to meaningful progress for families.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
