Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver client-centered ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and participate in ongoing staff training.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability, data collection, and close collaboration with supervisors and families. A BA in a related field or progress toward it is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

What We’re Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist’s role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
