Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and independently, with good communication and coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus at least six months of work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations daily.
