We are hiring for a Field Installation & Service Technician to provide client installation and post-installation service of our digital signage solutions, as well as providing on-site support services in a break/fix capacity. This includes mounting of commercial grade displays and media players in wide variety of configurations, physical network installation and troubleshooting at client sites, and troubleshooting of any issues that occur while provisioning new site or repairing existing site solution. This position requires professional behavior and interaction with all members of client team and STRATACACHE support services as well as the installation work provided. Our reputation depends on a high standard of workmanship. There will be substantial travel via driving and/or flying required that may come with very short notice. Punctuality and reliability are essential needs of the position.
