Position Description: We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists, Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans targeting behavioral, social, and daily living skills. RBTs will perform physical management as needed with proper training.

Minimum Requirements:

6. Physical demands include standing, sitting, lifting, bending, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
