Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a part-time RBT for an afternoon home case in Belleville, IL. The role focuses on delivering ABA-based 1:1 therapy to youths with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will track progress, adjust goals, and maintain confidentiality while supporting families. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience in development disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexible scheduling with clients’ needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Operate under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help and social skills.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient‑related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
