Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Pueblo West, CO is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

Pay ranges from $28–$30/hour, or $31–$35 when certified. Evening shifts are available; potential to grow into full-time as caseload expands. Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and have experience with children.
