Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Austin, Texas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, document session data, and build strong relationships with clients and families.

The role supports ongoing RBT certification, offers flexible scheduling, and includes expectations to engage in ongoing training, CEUs, and professional development while contributing to compassionate

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license.
• Strong interest in working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Consistency, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
