Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-home ABA team in Indianapolis. You will work under a BCBA to implement therapy plans and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their daily routines.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA sessions, collecting progress data, and collaborating with the BCBA and team to adjust behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.
