Job summary
Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children in home-based sessions in San Diego, CA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA lessons, track progress, and support families in applying skills in daily life.
No formal experience required; training paid during onboarding. Flexible hours including part-time, full-time, and weekend shifts. A vehicle and California driver's license are needed, with mileage reimbursement offered.
Qualifications
- 60 college units completed.
- At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12.
- At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays.
- You’re 21+ with a California Driver's License, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 sessions with kids in the home.
- Take notes on progress and celebrate wins.
- Coach caregivers to apply ABA in daily moments.
