Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Tech to work with children in their homes, delivering direct ABA sessions and supporting families. You will be trained hands-on and paid during training, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Required to have 60 college units (or a bachelor’s degree) and 6 months of experience with developmental delays. California driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units and 6 months experience with children.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, child development, special education, or related field with 6 months of experience.
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with children in their homes (ages 1–12) with developmental delays/autism.
• Track progress and record session details to inform ongoing plans.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines.
