Job summary
Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Tech for home-based sessions with children aged 1–12 who have developmental delays. You will work hands-on in real-life settings, applying ABA plans and tracking progress. Training is provided, with compensation during training.
A California driver’s license and vehicle are required. The role offers flexible hours, including part-time and Saturday shifts, with benefits for full-time staff and mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.
Qualifications
- 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
- 60 college units including 12 units in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education, OR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6 months of experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 sessions with children at home using ABA lesson plans.
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and record session details.
- Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines.
