Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Behavior Tech to implement behavioral intervention plans and support educational and behavioral services in Snohomish, WA. You will work with children and adults with special needs under supervision by a BCBA, providing ABA services as designed.

This part-time contract (32 hours/week) offers competitive pay at $31/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RBT certification and/or CBT license as applicable.
• Must be supervised by client BCBA or BCABA.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.

• Implement behavioral intervention plans and support educational and behavioral services.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning goals.
• Provide ABA services designed by a BCBA.

The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works toimplement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. The Registered/Certified Behavior Techniciancan support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeuticservices designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA.

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/orState Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable perstate/contract)
• Must be supervised by client BCBA or BCABA
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related fieldpreferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray ifapplicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
