Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Independent transportation to travel to various schools.
• Must acquire RBT credential within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior strategies and provide one-to-one or small group instruction.
• Deliver direct instruction in SPED and general education settings.
• Collect data on behavior and academic targets.
• Train and support school-based paraeducators.
• Provide emergency support to students in crisis.
• Attend regular professional development and embedded training.
